I have sold both of my multi-colored hex rugs just in a few days after listing them. So i've been busy making more.
So in the meantime, I have another bird picture to share.
Enjoy your Memorial day weekend!

My Crochet Today
Just finished up another Hexagon Rag Rug. It's made from t shirts.
The hexagon shape measures 57 " at the widest points, and 46 " at the shorter points.Heavy and very durable.
All of the fabric was washed before used, and hosed off and air dried in the Florida sun after completion to remove any loose fibers.
I bought the t shirts at the thrift store and the proceeds of their sales go to benefit the local food bank.

The Baby Woodpeckers
The baby woodpeckers seem to trust me. They fly right down to the fruit tree and let me get about two feet away to take pictures now.

Woodpecker
I was only a few feet away from this pretty woodpecker. It was eating the loquat fruit off my tree.
