A Kitten In The Middle Of Four Lanes Of Traffic!

Earlier today hubby and i where heading out to the store. We where traveling on a pretty busy road when he had to swerve to avoid hitting a little orange kitten. I would guess it to be only about two months old. I added the picture of my cat when it was a kitten to give you an idea of about how big it was. So here's this poor kitten right in the middle of a four lane road. I thought for sure it was going to get hit. Hubby pulled over and i got out and stopped the traffic one way, and i saw another lady come out and stopped it the other way. Luckily she was able to catch the little kitten. I'm not sure if maybe it was hers and it got away from her, but so glad it didn't get run over. The traffic travels at 40 + mph on that road.
