The first picture is a hawk. I don't know what kind of bird is in the other two.I was thinking maybe a falcon, or baby hawk.
Update:
A reader helped me identify the bird as an American Kestrel, the smaller and much more common relative of the Peregrine Falcon.

Oh, how beautiful! I have a huge red-tailed hawk near my house that comes in and eats sparrows off my bird feeder. They are so gorgeous.
