I took these pictures of some nesting birds. The man made nest platform runs along one of the main roads here in Florida. I don't know what kind they are, but are about as big as a hawk.
Hello!! The bird seems to be a Pandion haliaëtus or common called fisher hawk! Normally nests on high stems trees, but recently prefers pylons. Vale (biologist)

looks like an osprey to me, we have them on the same sort of nesting platforms by our lake
