My Crochet Today C2C Afghan

I found this pattern on Redhearts website http://www.redheart.com/files/patterns/pdf/LW1595.pdf for a corner to corner afghan.I' doing it a little different as i am using up my scraps and carrying a pink thread throughout to give it a more blended look. I'm just a little past the half way point now.

When it's done, i'm going to give it a solid color border. What i like about this is there's no holes like a granny square and the edges come out even so once you get the hang of it, you really don't need to worry about it coming out slanted because you may have missed a stitch.
